How many glasses of water a day should I drink?

 

A general rule of thumb is to drink at least eight eight-ounce glasses of water everyday. But the more active you are, the more water your body needs to keep it running properly. What better way to keep healthy and hydrated than with all natural Diamond Springs water?

Drink at least eight glasses of water a day

Do not substitute sodas or juice to prevent dehydration. Sugar and 

  caffeine act as diuretics and speed up dehydration

In the summer heat, drink two extra glasses of water

Replenish fluids every twenty minutes when exercising
